Paving the way for a new hotel partnership
Our client, Morgan Sindall, was tasked by Marriott Hotels to deliver their first dual branded property in the UK, a luxury Moxy hotel and long-stay Residence Inn.
The hotel construction project, a joint venture with Slough Council, was set to be one of the first partnerships of its kind in the country, bringing together a developer and a local authority to develop, own and operate a branded hotel.
Morgan Sindall needed a construction consultancy with in-depth hotel and hospitality experience to give them expert deliverability advice, before they entered into an agreement to deliver the full turnkey project.
