Our industry awards
Pulse’s work has recently been recognised with awards including a Sunday Times Best Place to Work win, as well as prominent shortlistings by the RICS and Construction News.
That recognition points to two things we work hard to deliver: industry-leading construction projects, and building the kind of culture that makes them possible.
Why join us
Awards and accreditations
Construction industry awards are more than just shelfware. For our team, they’re a milestone for work done well, and a sign that our high standards are worth maintaining.
They also tell our clients something useful: that the people they trust with complex, high-stakes projects are well-regarded within the sector that knows them best.
Trophies aren’t our top priority. Delivering projects to an industry-leading standard is. But when good work gets noticed, we take it as a welcome sign.
Pulse’s culture is built upon positivity, curiosity and ambition. We make sure that all of our team members are empowered to make a meaningful contribution to projects to which they feel connected.
That’s the atmosphere in which exceptional work can happen. So, when we do get recognised within our industry, we’re glad to celebrate the team members and partners who made it possible.
