Pulse Consult strengthens residential offering with key East Midlands director appointment
We have appointed Billie Wallace-Moth as director in our East Midlands Hub as we look to continue strengthening our senior leadership team and expanding our residential services.
Billie joins Pulse following over a decade at AtkinsRéalis (formerly Faithful+Gould), where she successfully delivered major, award-winning schemes across the private residential and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
A specialist in complex project delivery, Billie’s experience spans the East Midlands and London, leading the ongoing delivery of two major projects for Fusion Group, as well as the RICS award winning iQ Sneinton Market scheme. She is also a recognised industry voice, regularly taking part in panel discussions and networking events focused on the Building Safety Act 2022, high-risk buildings and navigating the Gateway 2 submission process.
Operating as director at Pulse, Billie will spearhead the expansion of the firm’s residential capability across the East Midlands, with a focus on winning new work in Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments, PBSA and private sector homes. She will also lead the development and mentoring of junior staff, guiding them toward professional chartership while supporting Pulse’s strategic ambitions to grow its regional delivery team.

The firm’s recent portfolio includes landmark projects such as the newly completed £20m, 185-bed Kennington Lane PBSA development in London, a £20m, 184-bed student scheme in Bristol, and a growing £300m pipeline of high-density living and regeneration developments nationwide.
