Pulse Consult expands London residential team with strategic framework appointments

Pulse Consult is pleased to announce two significant framework wins, which support the continued expansion of our living sector teams.
A large part of our strategic vision is to continue to grow and develop our residential team, a team which has been servicing the residential sector for the last 15 years. Our team's extensive expertise spans private housing, affordable housing, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and Build to Rent (BTR) developments.
In a testament to our capabilities, we have been appointed to the Hyde Group's Development Consultancy Framework providing Employer’s Agent services across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the East of England, and the East Midlands. Our involvement will support Hyde's mission to deliver safe, modern, energy-efficient homes and foster sustainable communities.
Additionally, we are proud to have also recently been appointed to Sovereign Network Group's Employer's Agent and Principal Designer Framework. This framework covers projects across London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas, further solidifying our presence in these key regions.
We look forward to collaborating with our partners to bring these projects to fruition, enhancing the quality and sustainability of housing across London, and beyond.
