Sophia Stylianou

Sophia is a Director in our London office, part of the leadership team in the Hospitality and Living sectors with over twenty years’ experience in the commercial management of large-scale, high-profile developments.

With a background spanning luxury, lifestyle and branded projects, Sophia has delivered some of the most iconic hospitality spaces in the UK. Her portfolio ranges from The Peninsula London to The Savoy, resorts as far afield as Mauritius and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, luxury living in the heart of the Grosvenor Estate, and landmark regeneration projects across London. This breadth of experience enables her to bring a distinctive blend of technical expertise, design appreciation, and commercial insight to every project.

Sophia is recognised for her personable and proactive approach, building strong, trusted relationships with clients and design teams alike. She combines strategic oversight with hands-on attention to detail, helping to drive projects forward, unlock challenges and deliver beautifully executed spaces that perform both commercially and operationally.

A passionate advocate for women in construction, Sophia co-founded and chaired London Women’s Networks at various firms before joining Pulse. In 2024, she was named Great British Businesswoman of the Year (Construction Category), recognising her contribution to leadership and excellence in the built environment. She was also featured in SHE BUILDS UK, an initiative designed to inspire women to pursue careers in construction, a cause she is deeply passionate about.

Outside of work, Sophia is an advanced yogi and teacher, finding balance and creativity through her yoga practice, a calm counterpoint to the energy of her project world.
