Lee Cantrill
Board Director | BSc (Hons) FRICS AaPS
Lee joined Pulse Consult as an equity director in 2010, bringing a breadth of experience in the cost consultancy and project management of capital projects up to £100m. He’s proud to have been part of the board that’s built Pulse into a thriving SME, with a turnover in excess of £8m and a team of over 80, based at five UK hubs.
Lee’s notable projects include the city centre regeneration of Nottingham Trent University’s Newton & Arkwright building, English National Ballet’s transformational move to City Island E14, and a private residence for one of England’s most famous footballers.
An experienced chartered surveyor and RICS Fellow, he’s built his career on both the contentious and non-contentious sides of construction, working as a surveyor since leaving school. He also holds a university certificate in Expert Witness services.
More recently, Lee’s specialised in providing consultancy to clients embarking on capital projects in the arts and heritage sector and is a specialist advisor to the Theatres Trust as part of their skills panel.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with family, and when he’s not travelling or spending weekends in Devon, he’s a keen cyclist and avid follower of Derby County FC.
