Kristen is an Associate Director in the Birmingham office with an exceptional track record of delivering complex construction projects. An accredited NEC4 Project Manager, his strategic approach is deeply informed by his BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering degree, giving him a technical edge in project execution.

With over a decade of experience serving in both a client and consultant capacity across public and private sectors, Kristen offers a unique, holistic perspective to advise and direct on any situation. He has a demonstratable record of delivering projects within the education and residential sectors, supporting developers and higher education facilities nationwide.

Based in Birmingham, he is known for his client-focused approach, consistently delivering genuine support and fostering trusting team relationships by cultivating an engaging project atmosphere. He takes pride in mentoring others and boosting team morale to achieve the best outcomes.

Outside of work, Kristen is a keen runner, hiker, and tennis player, and he can often be found enjoying a rugby match or planning his next DIY project.
