Jason Fretter

Jason has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, across a range of diverse sectors, including education, arts, heritage, commercial offices and health. He’s developed a strong track record for delivering effective project management on both commercial and public sector projects.

With a BSc in Building Surveying, Jason initially worked client side for large public sector providers, an experience that gave him an in-depth understanding of how to sensitively manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

He’s a member of the Association for Project Management, and during his 20+ years as a consultant project manager, he’s worked with a myriad of clients, always balancing critical success factors, business drivers and stakeholder needs to achieve a successful project. 

Jason prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and teams. This is borne out by the number of clients who’ve chosen him to deliver multiple projects over many years. Through a number of recent projects, he’s developed a flair for guiding inexperienced clients through the challenges of redevelopment. They appreciate his safe pair of hands and the calm, controlled way he engages with any challenge the project brings.
