With more than 25 years' experience in the construction and property industry, Emma is an Associate Director at Pulse Consult, leading strategic business development, marketing, framework management and corporate growth initiatives across the business.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Emma plays a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy, strengthening client relationships and enhancing Pulse's profile across the public and private sectors. She is responsible for overseeing business development and marketing activity nationally, supporting major framework appointments, strategic bids and key client engagement programmes.

Emma has been instrumental in securing appointments to several high-profile national frameworks and maintains strong relationships with public sector procurement organisations, framework providers and industry stakeholders. Her expertise helps clients navigate procurement routes and access the most effective delivery solutions for their projects.

Internally, Emma leads a range of strategic initiatives focused on operational improvement, brand development, innovation and employee engagement. She has played a significant role in achieving a number of industry recognitions and accreditations, including Investors in People Gold and multiple regional and national award successes. She also champions the exploration of emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to drive innovation within the built environment sector.

Beyond Pulse, Emma is a respected figure within the East Midlands property and construction community. She is Chair and Director of ProCon Nottinghamshire, Trustee of the Nottingham Hot Property Charity, and is passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration, mentoring future industry talent and supporting the continued growth of the sector.
