Emily is an Associate Director based in our Birmingham office, where she oversees the delivery of large-scale projects for Whitbread and leads heritage initiatives within the public sector. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Emily began her career as a quantity surveyor before transitioning into project management. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, leisure, manufacturing, retail, and the arts.
Her expertise spans diverse sectors, including commercial, education, leisure, manufacturing, retail, and the arts. Emily has played a pivotal role in delivering high-value, complex construction projects for global clients such as Rolls Royce and AIG. Her extensive portfolio includes fit-out projects ranging from a £1m luxury shop fit-out in London to a $50m high-end office fit-out in Manhattan. She is known for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, always prioritising "best-value" decisions to benefit clients and project teams alike.
In addition to her project work, Emily leads Pulse's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team, driving initiatives to enhance sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices across the organisation.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling the world and immersing herself in music, both as a listener and an enthusiast.
