Project Director

David is a Pulse director, based in our London office. He’s currently responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Tustin Estate regeneration project for the London Borough of Southwark, with a construction value of over £350m.

With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, David has particular expertise in managing and delivering large and complex developments in London. He’s been involved in a number of other significant schemes, including a 650,000 ft2 commercial development and a £3.5bn regeneration project, including residential, retail, hotel and commercial blocks.

David is very client focused, using his experience to encourage team collaboration and facilitate effective problem solving. Outside the office, he regularly goes sea swimming on the south coast and walking on the South Downs.
