Carrie Young

Carrie is an associate director in our London office, where she leads the Higher Education sector, supporting large-scale projects across university estates. With a dual background as a professionally trained quantity surveyor and project manager, Carrie brings a comprehensive skill set to every phase of project development.

Since joining Pulse in 2018, Carrie has been integral to several high-profile university projects, frequently embedding herself within client teams to drive project formation, from initial briefing and business case development through to operational handover and move management support. Her client-focused approach, combined with her attention to detail, allows her to deliver solutions that are both strategically sound and tailored to meet client needs.

In addition to her project work, Carrie is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively promoting these values in all aspects of her role. She also sits on the CREW UK committee, where she organises events that empower women in real estate across the UK.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys painting in the studio and is an enthusiastic rugby fan, often traveling around the UK to catch a match.
