Adrian Thomas

Adrian is an associate director in our Birmingham office, bringing extensive cross-sector experience in healthcare, education, hotels, and hospitality. Before joining Pulse, Adrian worked with a consultancy where he specialised in large-scale hotel developments, and later with an NHS Trust, helping to deliver essential capital projects.

Currently, Adrian is focused on healthcare and hospitality, managing multi-million-pound projects for the NHS across Warwickshire and supporting a national hotel chain with its UK expansion. Professionally trained in quantity surveying, Adrian excels in stakeholder engagement, collaborative partnerships, and proactive cost management, ensuring each project meets the highest standards.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys coaching a local youth football team, spending quality time with his family, and cheering on his beloved Southampton FC.
