Pulse have capability to provide full time on site Contract Management and Site Supervision. This is a crucial role as part of managing NEC contracts where the Project Manager and Supervisor are named authorities in the contract particulars.

We have recently provided this service on various projects for Local Authorities who have found they do not have the requisite skills and resource  in house to carry out these technical roles.

The site Supervisor (sometimes referred to as a Clerk of Works in a non NEC environment) is responsible for quality and ensuring the works are built in accordance with the Works Information. The Project Manager is the sole named authority to act upon behalf of the Employer and amongst many things has responsibility for ensuring the progress of the works and agreement of any Compensation Events that arise.

On just one project alone our site based team, through their commercial acumen and technical knowledge, managed to bring the contract in on time and £500k under the Target Cost.
