Phillip brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge in the real estate and construction markets to each of the projects he is involved with. Specialising in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex developments in both the public and private sectors, Phillip has delivered award winning projects on behalf of his clients. With experience delivering projects both in the UK and overseas his roles have been consistently varied and challenging.
To complement his development and project management experience Phillip is also an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor. This equips him with a detailed insight into building design and performance and a ‘cradle-to-grave’ understanding of built assets to provide advice and guidance to clients at all stages of the properties’ lifecycles.
Phill has a real passion for the lasting legacy of the developments he is responsible for delivering in the South West, having settled in Bristol with his family. Phill has delivered some impressive projects in the region for the likes of the University of Bristol, Pegasus Life, Bristol City and Wiltshire Councils amongst others.
