Lee Cantrill

Lee joined Pulse as an equity director in 2010, bringing experience of projects ranging from £0.5m to £90m gained from working in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. More recently, Lee has specialised in providing cost and project management services on capital projects in Education, Tourism and Leisure and the Arts.
An experienced Chartered Surveyor, Lee is also a Fellow of RICS and combines his consultancy role with assessing surveyors entering the profession via the Assessment of Professional Competence.
A father of two, at weekends, Lee can usually be found volunteering in grass roots sport and holds a UEFA B Licence in coaching football.
