Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones has provided project controls services to the pharmaceutical and other regulated industries for over 15 years. Before joining Pulse Consult as a director and shareholder in 2020, he founded his own construction consultancy alongside colleague James O’Keeffe, taking the business from inception to over £2m in turnover.

During his career, Kevin has worked for some of the world’s leading healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, bringing project controls expertise and discipline to their capital project portfolio over a sustained period of time. 

He’s delivered high-value, complex projects throughout Europe and has a particular expertise in benchmarking, risk management and portfolio management, alongside traditional cost control. Today, Kevin’s team of cost controllers, schedulers, risk managers and data analysts provide cutting-edge techniques and tools to many sectors across Europe.

Kevin’s key expertise and ethos is around building long-term client relationships, getting to understand his clients’ business drivers and challenges and, in doing so, turning their needs into achievable, cost-effective solutions.
