James Peake

James has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry which has included working on both the contracting and client side of the industry, within a range of sectors including commercial, education, retail, leisure, heritage, arts, residential and mixed use schemes for both private and public sector clients.

James has a proven track record of working to a rigid reporting structure to satisfy governance requirements and he does this whilst ensuring a solutions driven culture is developed within the project team.

A hands on, supportive and encouraging team leader, James has the ability to get the best out of colleagues to ensure successful client focused service delivery is achieved.

Away from work, James enjoys sport and being active. He is also the father of three and supporter of Stoke City - the likely reasons for his interest in craft beer!
