Ian Carey

Ian is one of the founding directors of Pulse Associates. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Ian worked for two large global consultancies prior to setting up Pulse Associates.
Ian offers a holistic approach to Project and Cost Management, working tirelessly to understand his clients business; in order to deliver a specific tailored services that adds real value to his clients. Ian has significant cross sector experience including, Commercial, Residential and Education sectors. Away from work, Ian is a father to three children who it is rumoured are responsible for the bald patch on top of his head. Each year Ian can be seen tackling some mad cap challenge to raise money for a local children’s charity.
