Sean Dibb

Sean is an associate director in our East Midlands office. He is currently collaborating with United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust on the delivery of a new Emergency Department, with a project envelope of £45 million. In his role as the key account manager, Sean also supervises three other senior consultants who are working on separate projects for the Trust, while coordinating quantity surveyor and contract administrator support from our East Midlands office. 

Prior to joining Pulse, Sean had a distinguished 22-year career with the Royal Engineers, where he designed and managed construction projects ranging from accommodation facilities to CAA-compliant airfields in various environments, both hostile and friendly, across the globe. 

Sean's passion, confidence, and leadership style, combined with his extensive construction knowledge and experience, are essential in fostering trust and strong relationships with his clients.

Outside of work, Sean dedicates his weekends to coaching a local under-12 rugby team, where he continues to share his expertise and enthusiasm for the sport.
