Rory Scott

Rory is an experienced, pragmatic project director who has successfully delivered a whole range of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and extensive consultant teams. His work spans both the public and private sectors, acting for investors, funders and developers. 

He brings a breadth of knowledge to every project, drawn from his experience in the healthcare, commercial, retail, residential and education sectors, as well as managing the delivery of laboratories and controlled environments. 

Rory prides himself on building lasting relationships with his clients and stakeholders, offering strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. He ensures a robust, commercial and structured delivery approach is adopted, while creating a collaborative environment in which all stakeholders are engaged, and the correct oversight and governance are in place.

Away from work, Rory can usually be found on a touchline supporting his two sons as they play an array of different sports, or clattering about with spanners trying to maintain one of his motorbikes.
