Mark Kershaw

Mark is an associate director based in our Nottingham head office, working across all business hubs at Pulse. Currently, he leads the Pulse Health & Safety division and oversees major UK projects with top-tier contractors and clients on projects valued up to £50 million. Mark has been a driving force in expanding the division, developing new opportunities and avenues for growth.

Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, Mark brings a unique ability to understand client and contractor objectives, providing clear, practical guidance in health and safety. His client-centred, collaborative approach has earned him a portfolio of high-profile projects and clients in contracting, project management, and as a principal designer and CDM advisor. Mark’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including residential, education, renewables, construction, demolition, asbestos removal, and commercial and public-sector fit-outs.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
