Moving on up - Pulse Promotions

We’re delighted to announce some key promotions across our regional hubs!

Jonathan Aldworth and Tom Howells have been promoted to Directors in our East Midlands hub. Both Jonny and Tom have shown incredible dedication, managing their own teams and developing solid relationships with key clients over the past few years.  They have both been involved in a variety of projects across sectors including heritage, student accommodation, leisure, commercial, education and healthcare.

James Peake, Director of Pulse Nottingham office said “with their experience and management skills, I look forward to seeing Jonny and Tom heading up the Nottingham office which allows me to focus on the business at a strategic level. The team are in good hands!”

Congratulations also go to Katy Hicks whose confidence with clients, competency and high performance in a variety of commissions across the UK and Europe has led to a promotion to Senior Consultant.  Neena Parkash in our Birmingham hub has also moved up to Senior Consultant, she demonstrates clear dedication and versatility,  Neena leads on various projects and our clients have great confidence in her capabilities.

Another Senior Consultant role goes to Carrie Young in our London hub. Carrie has shown great client management, opening up a key account and driving significant fee into the business unit. Carrie is also supporting the office with a number of networking initiatives which is helping to spread the Pulse brand throughout London.

In Birmingham, Ali Sharif has been promoted to Consultant, he has been supporting Lee Cantrill, Director, in predominantly Arts sector work, whilst supporting other hubs with his growing technical skills and ability.
