Matthew Bean
Consultant - BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Matthew joined Pulse in 2021 having previously worked for a leading global construction consultancy. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with five years’ experience working for both public and private sector clients in a range of sectors. Matthew has gained strong pre and post contract experience across a range of project types including the construction, refurbishment and demolition of schools, hotels, offices, leisure centres and sports pavilions, as well as working on the repair and maintenance of historic listed structures.
Matthew prides himself on his thoroughness and attention to detail which enables him to provide clients with accurate and realistic information to reduce risk and enable well informed commercial decisions.
Outside of work, Matthew is a big Liverpool FC supporter and loves travelling and being outdoors.
