Andrew, who joined Pulse in April 2020, is an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer equipped with an impressive portfolio of successes. A proven manager with extensive experience in highways having worked in both Central and Local Government and with major civil engineering contractors to gain more than 35 years’ experience. He has a full understanding of the commercial and design aspects of highways, civils and infrastructure works including maintenance and improvement works and most recently on HE Smart Motorways and the Infrastructure works associated with the new T2 Terminal at Manchester Airport.
Away from work Andrew enjoys all sports but now mainly golf in his spare time. He has been a Nottingham Forest fan since the good old days when they were twice winners of the European Cup and hopes to see them back in the premier League very soon.
