Adrian has provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on numerous new build, extensions, fit-out, refurbishment and maintenance projects in several different sectors including Education, Healthcare, Hotels & Leisure. Joining Pulse in January 2022, Adrian spent the previous 18 months managing capital projects for a local NHS Trust. Prior to that, the breadth of Adrian’s experience is within the consultancy environment, building up a wealth of experience including working on new build Hotel projects and the roll out of numerous Pub refurbishments for high-profile clients. Adrian’s flexibility and responsiveness to Client requirements aim to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Away from work, Adrian has a passion for running, and can often be found at the start line of a half-marathon race.
