Tom Spink promoted to Managing Consultant

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tom Spink to the role of Managing Consultant.

Ian Carey MD noted that “Tom has been part of the Pulse family for the last five years and it has been a pleasure to see him progress his career during that time. Tom’s promotion comes at an exciting time for his career as we look to continue with him on the great work he has started.”

Tom has been instrumental in delivering a number of key projects in the region ranging from Broadway Cinema to Housing, Schools and University buildings.

Tom helped to establish the Pulse Senior Leadership Team for which he now chairs. As well as delivering projects across a variety of sectors, Tom has taken on additional responsibility for new business, best practice and resource management, he also runs a team of six people.

In response to his promotion, Tom said:

“I’ve been encouraged by the company Directors to develop my career ambitions at Pulse and challenge myself on different levels. My new Managing Consultant role allows me to support our Director, James Peake in the daily running of the Nottingham office. Alongside this I’m also progressing the structured mentoring programme set up with our Managing Director, Ian Carey with a view to furthering my position within the company.

Career and personal development is an important part of the Pulse ethos, I currently oversee graduates within my team and am pleased to be supporting and mentoring them through their own APC pathway.”
