Simon Cardwell achieves NEC4 Accreditation status
Congratulations to our Senior Consultant, Simon Cardwell for becoming a registered and fully accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager.
With less than 130 people registered worldwide, Simon is now among the elite few who are qualified NEC Contract practitioners. This backs up the work he has been doing for Pulse for several years managing Major Projects for several clients across various industry sectors, in particular Highways and Infrastructure.
The Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC) provides a modern method for clients, designers, contractors and project managers to work collaboratively to achieve their objectives consistently.
Understanding the relationship between the Contract Data, the Programme, the Scope and a strong communication procedure is vital to the successful execution of any ECC project. In-depth knowledge of the process, terms, functions and interdependencies is the key to being a successful ECC Project Manager. Dealing with crucial issues such as time, quality, cost, risk, compensation events and early warnings, this accreditation means that Simon has key skills in various scenarios and in depth knowledge of the process, terms, functions and interdependencies involved.
We're all very proud of your dedication and hard work, well done Simon!
