Pulse Consult appointed to The Connected Partnership Consultant's Framework

We’re pleased to announce that we have been appointed on the Connected Partnership’s Consultant Framework to provide Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services.

The framework aims to achieve larger volumes of development work with high quality end products and a streamlined delivery process, whilst generating major cost savings for the Members.

The Connected Partnership is a leading consortium of Registered Providers, namely Octavia Housing, Shepherd’s Bush Housing Group and Origin Housing Group, working primarily to deliver new build and regeneration developments in West and North London and the Home Counties.

There are numerous Registered Providers with potential access to the framework, creating exciting opportunities for Pulse over the next 4 years.  Ian Carey, Managing Director commented: “We are delighted to be appointed onto another London based consultant’s framework and having worked with Origin Housing Group for a number of years, it’s great to have the opportunity to build a similar relationship with the other partner members. With our wealth of experience and knowledge of new build and refurbishment schemes, we look forward to working with The Connected Partnership to deliver affordable, high quality homes and to help them build sustainable communities.”

Please get in touch with Ian if you wish to find out more about how to access our services via the framework.
